Meals in Finland

The way that meals are structured in Finland has changed over the past years. Finnish families aren’t the kind of families to sit in front of the TV when they’re together after a long day.
Since most people in Finland work all day long, and sometimes into the night, breakfast is now the time when the families of Finland really bond.
That means that breakfast is the main meal of the day in Finland.
Porridges are very popular; as well as muesli, yogurt, and milk.
Bread is a staple, including light margarine.
And people get their daily dose of vitamin C from juice, fresh fruits, and berries.
