Valkmusa National Park of Finland has some pretty spectacular views of the diverse Finnish nature. Walk along the duck-boarded trail in the summer, or ski the powdered slopes during the winter. The high cliffs and the parks nature observation tower are great places for visitors to Finland to see all the surrounding landscape, and perhaps do a little bird watching.

Päijänne National Park was the first nature park in all of Finland to be established for protection of a lake ecosystem. It stands at the southern end of Lake Päijänne in Finland and consists of fifty deserted Finnish islands, and a couple inhabited ones.

Puurijärvi-Isosuo National Park of Finland is home to a Finnish lake that acts as a natural nesting site. There are marked trails for travelers of Finland to see all the surrounding nature in comfort.

Pyhä-Luosto National Park of Finland is great for day tips and vigorous hikes. It’s another beautiful example of the diverse flora and fauna to be found in Finland.

Kolovesi National Park of Finland was created to protect Lake Saimaa archipelago, which is the habitat of the Saimaa Ringed Seal. This is a wilderness park and is a great place for canoeing, row boating, and great hiking. It’s a quiet atmosphere where all you hear are the sounds of nature. Bring the kids to this park, and establish in them an everlasting bond with nature, and all the treasures and lessons that it has to offer.
